TERMS OF SERVICE, RISK DISCLOSURE, LIABILITY LIMITATION, PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY

This Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and NOROVIEW (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THE NOROVIEW PLATFORM, WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, DATA SERVICES, ANALYTICAL TOOLS, OR ANY RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “PLATFORM”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE

NOROVIEW is a technology provider offering web-based market visualization tools, charting interfaces, data aggregation services, analytical utilities, and related infrastructure.

NOROVIEW:

• Is NOT a broker.
• Is NOT a registered investment advisor.
• Is NOT a financial advisor.
• Is NOT a futures commission merchant.
• Is NOT a securities dealer.
• Does NOT execute trades.
• Does NOT custody funds.
• Does NOT provide investment recommendations.

All information, data, tools, and features are provided strictly for informational and technical purposes.

No content on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Financial markets, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, derivatives, futures, leveraged instruments, and digital assets, involve substantial and inherent risk of loss.

Losses may exceed deposits where leverage is involved.

Market conditions may change rapidly and unpredictably.

Data latency, slippage, liquidity gaps, volatility spikes, and systemic failures may occur.

You assume full responsibility for all trading decisions made using or in reliance upon the Platform.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade or investment.

Under no circumstances shall NOROVIEW be responsible for any trading loss, lost profit, opportunity cost, or capital reduction.

3. STARTUP STATUS & INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITATIONS

You acknowledge that NOROVIEW is an early-stage startup operating evolving infrastructure.

The Platform may experience, without limitation:

• Temporary or prolonged outages
• Infrastructure failures
• Server crashes
• Cloud service disruptions
• API disconnections
• Data feed interruptions
• Data corruption
• Data loss
• Incomplete historical data
• Inaccurate or delayed market data
• Software bugs
• Memory leaks
• Latency spikes
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Third-party service provider failures
• Forced shutdowns
• Regulatory disruptions

You expressly accept that:

The Platform may fail at any time.

Features may malfunction.

Stored data may be irretrievably lost.

User configurations may reset.

Historical information may become unavailable.

The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding reliability, uptime, durability, or operational continuity.

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

4. AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

NOROVIEW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY
• RELIABILITY
• CONTINUOUS OPERATION
• ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We do not guarantee real-time data integrity.

We do not guarantee compatibility with your devices or network.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

NOROVIEW, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, DATA PROVIDERS, AND TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• DIRECT DAMAGES
• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• SPECIAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOST PROFITS
• LOST REVENUE
• LOSS OF BUSINESS
• LOSS OF DATA
• SYSTEM FAILURE
• NETWORK FAILURE
• TRADING LOSSES
• MISSED TRADING OPPORTUNITIES
• THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS
• CYBER ATTACKS
• FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NOROVIEW IN THE PRECEDING THREE (3) MONTHS.

6. MARKET DATA DISCLAIMER

Market data is sourced from third parties.

We do not control data providers.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Timeliness
• Sequencing integrity
• Data continuity
• Absence of errors

Data may be revised without notice.

Displayed prices may differ from execution prices on exchanges or brokers.

You agree to independently verify all information before acting.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree:

• To provide accurate account information.
• Not to misuse or reverse engineer the Platform.
• Not to disrupt infrastructure.
• Not to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Not to use automated scraping or extraction tools.
• Not to engage in unlawful activity.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

All actions taken under your account are your responsibility.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOROVIEW and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from:

• Violation of laws
• Breach of this Agreement

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable jurisdiction within Wyoming.

14. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY USING NOROVIEW, YOU:

• ACCEPT FULL TRADING RISK.
• ACCEPT PLATFORM FAILURE RISK.
• ACCEPT DATA LOSS RISK.
• ACCEPT INFRASTRUCTURE INSTABILITY RISK.
• WAIVE CLAIMS RELATED TO SERVICE INTERRUPTION.
• AGREE TO ALL TERMS HEREIN.

If you do not accept these terms, discontinue use immediately.
